Our shipping policy covers domestic, commercial, and industrial RO water purifiers across India. We ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition with professional installation support.
Domestic RO Systems
Standard delivery within 5-7 business days for domestic water purifiers. Free installation included within Dehradun and nearby areas.
Commercial Units
Delivery within 7-10 business days. Custom installation scheduled as per your business requirements.
Industrial Systems
Customized delivery timeline based on system specifications. Complete on-site installation and commissioning included.
Shipping Coverage
We provide shipping services across all major cities and towns in India. Our primary service area includes Uttarakhand and surrounding states with expedited delivery options. For remote locations, delivery may take additional 3-5 business days.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the product type, weight, and delivery location. For domestic RO systems, we offer free shipping within Dehradun city limits. For other locations, shipping charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Commercial and industrial systems may have variable shipping costs depending on size and customization requirements. Our team will provide a detailed shipping quote before processing your order.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. For customized industrial units, processing time may extend to 5-7 business days.
Installation Services
All Pentasure RO water purifiers come with professional installation services. Our certified technicians will visit your location to install and commission the system. Installation is scheduled within 2-3 days of delivery for domestic units and as per mutual agreement for commercial and industrial installations.
Delivery Inspection
We recommend that you inspect the package upon delivery for any visible damage. If you notice any damage to the packaging or product, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. Our team will arrange for a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner will make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery fails after three attempts, the product will be returned to our facility. You may request re-shipment, which may incur additional shipping charges. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the expected delivery window.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email and SMS. You can track your shipment in real-time using the provided tracking number. For any concerns regarding your delivery, please contact our customer support team during business hours.
