These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pentasure.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

3. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of all our RO water purifiers, including specifications, features, and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, specifications, images, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
3.2 Product Categories

- Commercial RO Systems: Solutions for offices, restaurants, hotels, schools, hospitals, and other commercial establishments

We offer customized RO water purification solutions based on specific water quality requirements and capacity needs. Custom orders may have different terms regarding pricing, delivery, and returns. All customization details will be confirmed in writing before production begins.
3.4 Product Modifications
We reserve the right to modify product specifications, designs, or features without prior notice. Such modifications are made to improve performance, comply with regulations, or incorporate technological advancements. We will inform customers of significant changes before order fulfillment.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing
- All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
- Prices include applicable taxes (GST) as per government regulations
- Installation charges, if applicable, will be quoted separately
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- The price applicable is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) - Subject to location and order value
- Online Bank Transfer / NEFT / RTGS / IMPS
- UPI Payments

- Digital Wallets
4.3 Payment Terms
- Full payment must be received before product dispatch for online orders

5. Orders and Order Acceptance
5.1 Order Process

- Order confirmation sent via email or SMS with order details
- Payment processed as per selected payment method
- Product prepared for dispatch or installation scheduled
5.2 Order Confirmation
Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
5.3 Order Cancellation by Company
We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following circumstances:
- Product unavailability or discontinuation
- Pricing or technical errors on the website
- Inability to verify customer information
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
In case of cancellation by us, full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
5.4 Order Modification
Orders can be modified only before dispatch. To modify an order, contact us immediately at +91-9163957088 or pentasurero@gmail.com. Once the product has been dispatched, modification is not possible.
6. Delivery and Shipping
6.1 Delivery Areas
We primarily serve Dehradun, Uttarakhand, and surrounding regions. Delivery to other locations may be available upon request and subject to additional charges. Please contact us to confirm delivery availability in your area.
6.2 Delivery Timeframes

6.3 Delivery Process
- We will notify you via phone/SMS/email when your order is ready for dispatch
- Delivery will be attempted at the address provided during order placement
- Someone must be present to receive the delivery
- Valid ID proof may be required at the time of delivery
- Delivery personnel will help unload the product but not install it (unless installation service is purchased)
6.4 Inspection Upon Delivery
You must inspect the product immediately upon delivery. Check for any physical damage, missing parts, or defects. Report any issues to our delivery personnel and support team within 48 hours of delivery.
6.5 Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Pentasure are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for the product once it has been delivered and signed for.
6.6 Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect address provided
- No one available to receive delivery
- Customer unavailable after multiple attempts
- Access issues to delivery location
Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery attempts. Orders will be held for 7 days before being returned to our warehouse.
7. Installation Services
7.1 Professional Installation
We strongly recommend professional installation by our certified technicians. Improper installation may:
- Void the product warranty
- Cause product malfunction or damage
- Lead to water leakage or property damage
- Result in suboptimal water purification performance
7.2 Installation Charges
Installation charges vary based on:
- Product type and complexity
- Location and accessibility
- Additional materials required (pipes, fittings, etc.)
- Electrical work needed
Installation quotations will be provided separately and confirmed before scheduling.
7.3 Installation Requirements
Customer must ensure:
- Adequate water supply with minimum required pressure
- Proper electrical connection (as per product specifications)
- Suitable installation space
- Wall mounting provisions (if required)
- Drainage facility for rejected water
7.4 Self-Installation
Self-installation or installation by unauthorized technicians will void the warranty. If you choose to install the product yourself, you do so at your own risk, and Pentasure will not be responsible for any damage or malfunction resulting from improper installation.
8. Warranty
8.1 Warranty Coverage
All Pentasure RO water purifiers come with a manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty period varies by product model and components:
- Electrical components: 1 year from date of installation
- Non-electrical parts: As specified in product documentation
- RO Membrane: Performance warranty subject to input water quality
8.2 Warranty Conditions
The warranty is valid only if:
- Product is installed by authorized Pentasure technicians
- Product is used according to user manual instructions
- Regular maintenance is performed as recommended
- Only genuine Pentasure spare parts are used
- Product registration is completed within 30 days of installation
- Original purchase invoice is available
8.3 Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does NOT cover:
- Normal wear and tear of consumable parts (filters, membranes)
- Damage from improper use, negligence, or accidents
- Damage from power fluctuations, voltage variations, or surges
- Damage from use with water sources beyond specified parameters (TDS, hardness, etc.)
- Repairs or modifications by unauthorized service providers
- Damage from natural disasters, fire, flood, or acts of God
- Transportation or relocation damage
- Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
- Products with tampered or removed serial numbers
8.4 Warranty Claims
To claim warranty service:
- Contact our service center with product details and issue description
- Provide proof of purchase and warranty card
- Our technician will inspect the product
- If covered under warranty, repair/replacement will be done free of cost
- If not covered, charges will be informed before service
9. Returns and Refunds
9.1 Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Product must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Original invoice and warranty card must be available
- All accessories, manuals, and free gifts must be returned
- Product must not be installed or used
9.2 Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or specially ordered RO systems
- Installed products
- Products with damaged or missing packaging
- Products with removed or tampered serial numbers
- Consumable items like filters (unless defective)

- Await return authorization and instructions
- Pack the product securely in original packaging
- Return through authorized channel
- Refund processed after inspection
9.4 Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product
- Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- A restocking fee of 10-15% may apply in certain cases
- For defective products, full refund including shipping charges will be provided
9.5 Exchange Policy
Product exchanges are subject to availability. If you wish to exchange a product for a different model, the price difference (if any) must be paid or will be refunded accordingly.
10. Limitation of Liability
Please read this section carefully as it limits Pentasure's liability to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pentasure shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Water quality issues beyond the purifier's specified capacity and parameters
- Damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance
- Health issues arising from water source contamination beyond product specifications
- Property damage from improper installation or use
- Damages from failure to follow user manual instructions
- Issues arising from power supply problems or electrical faults
- Delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control
Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
11. User Responsibilities
As a Pentasure customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information during purchase and registration
- Use the product according to user manual guidelines
- Perform regular maintenance as recommended
- Replace filters and consumables on schedule
- Not tamper with the product or attempt unauthorized repairs
- Use only genuine Pentasure spare parts
- Maintain proper electrical and water supply conditions
- Report any issues or defects promptly
- Allow authorized technicians access for service and maintenance
- Keep purchase documents and warranty card safe
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Pentasure website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Pentasure and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any content without written permission
- Use our trademarks, logos, or brand name without authorization
- Modify or create derivative works from our content
- Distribute or sell our content to third parties
- Use our intellectual property for commercial purposes
13. Force Majeure
Pentasure shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms)
- Pandemics or epidemics
- Government actions, regulations, or restrictions
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Labor strikes or industrial disputes
- Supply chain disruptions
- Power failures or telecommunications breakdowns
In such events, our performance obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
14.2 Dispute Resolution Process
- Informal Resolution: Contact our customer service team to resolve the issue amicably
- Written Complaint: Submit a formal written complaint with all relevant details
- Mediation: If unresolved, parties agree to attempt mediation before legal proceedings
- Arbitration: Disputes may be submitted to arbitration as per Indian Arbitration Act
